wide array attentive staff
the staff was attentive to every detail i needed directions to local attractions were easily available. breakfast included a wide array of choices the dining room offered a quiet start to my day.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours a small inconvenience i encountered.

The staff offered really good service. They were genuinely attentive. I also enjoyed the room service. The food was AMAZING!!!
The minibar prices were quite high. The gym was smaller than expected. I couldn't find an iron or ironing board in the room initially. I requested them from housekeeping.

the location was convenient for accessing central areas. the staff were professional. breakfast included freshly squeezed juice each morning. the bed provided adequate support.
the room felt small. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, moisture lingered after showers. the minibar prices were very high.

I found the breakfast to be very high standard. It offered many options and fresh ingredients. The room looked elegant. It had thoughtful details . The staff was excellent and very helpful.
I found post-stay customer service to be not very good. I did not receive a reply to my emails. That is not acceptable. A mother breast feeding a baby ruined the evening. A baby should not be in a bar.
